Well you're probably all dying to know more about me, right? No? Well, you're going to learn anyway. I’m half Puerto Rican, half Italian, born and raised right here in New York City. Most of you probably know me as the Culture Vulture on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy But there’s a lot more to me than that. I've been involved in theater and dance since I was in elementary school, and interested in it since I could walk. In High School I spent half the day at BOCES, where I studied musical theater. Which was very useful, I must say. In my senior year I auditioned for a friend’s agent and ended up with an opportunity to move to Canada and play Angel in RENT . When that ended I moved here to Chelsea, New York. I spent half of a year just enjoying my youth, making some bad decisions, that kinda thing. Then settled down and returned to RENT, this time on Broadway. In 2001, I landed a role on All My Children, and acted in a few off-Broadway plays like Spinning into Butter and Zanna Don’t . After that success, I created my own cabaret show at XL (that’s a lounge here in Chelsea) which I still do whenever I have time. I’m working on an album with JaCK productions (if you want to here some of my songs hit up http://www.arriveateleven.com), which I hope to have out before Christmas. Recently I did a guest spot on One Life to Live , which is sort of a backup plan if other things don’t work out later. I’ll soon be back on Broadway in The Producers and I also have a small role in the movie.
